Cleansing

Sessions vary heavily by individual and need. Some sessions may require different types of meditations, crystals, sound bowls, smudging, or anything else deemed necessary to help clear any unwanted or stagnant energy. I will often try to work with multiple vibrations by leveraging colors, sounds, and other methods. While in person is preferred, this can also be done virtually with slightly different guidance so that you can still reap the full benefits.
